If you want to return for a refund, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

 

*Return delivery charges are the buyer's responsibility and non-refundable, except where the item:

(a) was shipped incorrectly by Elitech (a different model, specification, or quantity than ordered); or
(b) arrived damaged in transit, confirmed by Elitech through Buyer's photographic or video evidence together with the carrier's damage record, or shown to have been delivered to the wrong address by Elitech; or
(c) is confirmed by Elitech to be defective — that is, it does not conform to its published specifications, or fails to function in the manner for which it was designed, under normal use and within the warranty period, and the defect is not caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification or repair, accident, neglect, exposure to conditions outside the published operating limits, or normal wear and tear.

 

In any of the above cases, Elitech will bear the return shipping cost and refund the full order amount, including the original delivery charge.

 

This clause does not cover returns arising from the Buyer having selected the wrong model, or from the item being unsuitable for the Buyer's particular application, intended use, or operating environment. 

 

After you have shipped your return, please notify us by email and provide the return tracking number. This allows us to monitor the return shipment and process your refund as soon as the returned item is received. Failure to provide the return tracking information may result in delays in processing your refund.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
